Injury Avoidance in Rugby: Part 3 – Upper Body Injuries & Solutions

By Aidan Raftery May 20, 2018 (No)
Another weekend and another unbelievable game of rugby, this time between two old adversaries in Leinster and Munster. Congratulations to the blues and commiserations to the red army on what was a nail-biting battle. It seems like every week now Leinster are cleaning house, but they still have one more big weekend in store against the Scarlets before the season fully wraps up. Again, yesterday’s game seen a few big casualties picked up with Jack O’Donoghue sustaining a nasty looking leg injury after tackling James Ryan in a ruck. Injury Avoidance in Rugby: Part 2 – Lower Body Injuries & Solutions

By Aidan Raftery May 13, 2018 (No)
Well, that was some weekend of rugby! Leinster and Racing 92 put on a technical clinic and left absolutely nothing on the table with the boys in blue clinching the Champions Cup trophy after a late dramatic win over the French in Bilbao! 2017 Leinster SHC Final Preview – Wexford v Galway

By Evan Coughlan July 1, 2017 (No)

However, thanks to the appointment of Davy Fitzgerald as manager, Wexford have reached their first Leinster final since 2008. Facing off against Davy Fitz and his team of yellow bellies are the men from West Leinster, Galway. Michéal Donoghue’s men have had a great 2017 season so far, and will come into this final as heavy favourites after their demolition job of Dublin and Offaly in the previous rounds of the Leinster SHC. But can Galway claim a second […]

Can Dublin Win a Seventh Consecutive Leinster Title?

By Evan Coughlan June 16, 2017 (No)
The easy and most logical answer to the question posed in the title of this article is, Yes, of course they can. Just look at the monster that Dublin football has become over the past few years, they very well could win the next five Leinster titles and nobody would be overly surprised. Dublin face off against the winners of the Offaly/Westmeath replay in the Leinster semi-final on Sunday June 25th, then a possible Leinster final against either Meath or Kildare on July 16th. So can the Dubs continue this run of dominance, which has seen them turn the Leinster championship into little more than a stroll over the past […]
