Transfer windows really can make or break a manager’s reputation. Back in November, the footballing world marvelled at Jurgen Klopp’s achievement. Liverpool made a profit from last summer’s transfer window, yet there they sat, one point off the top as genuine title contenders. Flash forward to the end of January, and things are very different.
