Clayton Hotel Charlemont Review

By theSharpeUser May 17, 2019 (No)
Rating We were lucky enough to enjoy a stay in one of Dublin’s newest hotels recently and we have to say it was a pretty cool experience. We stayed in the Clayton Charlemont hotel on a Thursday night and checked out on a Friday and it was a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is part of the Clayton Group of Hotels and the newest in their list of locations in Ireland and it shows. It’s really modern and trendy and is a great location for shopping, partying or even business. It’s close to Luas lines and about a 6-minute walk to Stephens Green/Grafton St while also being no distance from […]

Rating The Crowne Plaza Hotel in Blanchardstown is the ideal hotel destination for guests wishing to indulge in anything from a shopping spree to a romantic getaway. This four star hotel effortlessly caters for either business or pleasure with rooms starting from around €113 for two people per night. Our stay in the Crowne Plaza was to catch an early fight the following morning. In addition to this, we wanted to avoid the traffic in the city but also desired to do some shopping on the day of arrival. Staying here fulfilled all three criteria. The Hotel The hotel itself is quite visually pleasing and is teamed with friendly, helpful staff. The […]

O’Sheas Merchant Hotel Review

By theSharpeUser July 11, 2016 (No)
Hotel reviews are 100% circumstantial. If you’re a businessman or an elderly couple away on a trip for work or just peace and quiet, you’ll want a completely professional environment with serenity and maybe a nice view. However, if you’re a 21 year old Journalism and New Media student coming from Clare to Dublin to go to a messy concert in Phoenix Park, you’re not all that bothered about the atmosphere around the place when you arrive back at half one in the morning covered in mud and smelling like a brewery. On this occasion, I was the latter. Along with two friends, I got a train to Dublin for […]
