ChildVision the National Education centre for blind children in Dublin is hosting this workshop which will help younger minds reach into a place of self-nourishment and allow their mindset to drift towards Positive Health and Wellbeing. Welcome to anyone between the ages of 10-23. The session will be taken on by Nikki Fitzpatrick who is the creator of the myzenpod. Developing new skills such as meditation and resilience can be a great way for young people to manage stress during such a busy time in their lives.
